REFUNDS For Gym Membership, Individual Program Design, and Personal Training
We highly recommend vetting the service you are purchasing to avoid any misunderstanding. We are happy to answer any and all questions 🙂
We do not offer refunds of Gym Memberships, Individual Program Design purchases, or Personal Training purchases.
The aforementioned services can be paused in case of medical emergencies or other scenarios of rare and extreme nature such as war and pandemics.
Depending on the Gym Membership purchased, you may be entitled to one pause during the membership term.
Personal Training sessions have expiry dates for use. Please verify the maximum use period upon purchase. Cancellation on individual sessions must occur 24 hours prior to your session. Cancellations occuring between 12-24 hours prior to the scheduled session will be billed at 50% of the session. Cancellations occuring less than 12 hours prior to the session will be charged fully.
REFUNDS TG20 and TG60 PROGRAMMING
Prior to pushing to market, the exercises, sequence, and combinationss are tested for safety and the results are evaluated. If the Program meets our criteria, the Program may become available.
We do not offer and refunds for any reason for our TG20 and TG60 Programs. The Programs you receive are yours forever to keep.
