Visitors and Drop-ins
Training Ground offers a unique drop inexperience. We have a massive, thoroughly equipped, professionally run gym, sure to accommodate whatever your training demands are. Our diverse and energizing community would love to show you around, as many of our members are former travelers themselves.
Great food is nearby, with one of the city’s premier outdoor food courts; W District. Also close are unique art spaces, quality massage, cozy and trendy coffee shops, hostels, and it’s all just minutes walking from Bangkok’s main public transportation service, the BTS sky train (Phra Kanong Station).
For your safety, and for the quality of your experience (along with our members and coaches), please email us (submission form below) or send us a message through our social media channels to reserve your spot. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled class time so we can help you get settled in and show you around.

Training Ground Passes
Do I Need To Book My Drop In?
Yes, we do cap our classes, so it’s best to book in advance if you’d like to guarantee your place. You can book your spot right here on the website or by contacting us directly through Email or through our social media pages.
Do I need to be experienced in CrossFit to join classes?
You should be able to perform all CrossFit movements or their appropriate scales easily. You should be familiar with all basic terminology.
