Visitors and Drop-ins

Training Ground is an incredible drop in experience. It’s a massive, extremely well equipped, professionally run gym. We have an energizing and diverse community who would LOVE to help show you around.

There are great food options nearby (including one of the best outdoor food courts in all Bangkok), and other cool sites all in one of the fastest growing areas of Bangkok. We’ve located a (real) 4-minute walk from the BTS: 50 meters from BTS you’ll turn left, walk 250 meters, and we’re on the right.

For your safety and the quality of your experience and that of our members and Coaches, it’s important that you’re able to jump into a class and be on the same page as everyone else. Please come at least 15 minutes before classes start.

Do I Need To Book My Drop In?

Yes, we do cap our classes, so it’s best to book in advance if you’d like to guarantee your place. You can book your spot right here on the website or by contacting us directly through Email or through our social media pages.

Do I need to be experienced in CrossFit to join classes?

You should be able to perform all CrossFit movements or their appropriate scales easily. You should be familiar with all basic terminology.
